We booked the Taste of Tennessee cruise before we traveled to America.
The cruise boarded at 11:15 am and were shown straight into the Victorian Theatre where the buffet was ready to be served. This included salads, entrees, sides and desserts, water, coffee, and iced tea were also included within the ticket price. When you book your ticket you select a table to sit on, there are approx. 10 seats per table, so it’s a surprise who you sit with.
Shortly after the buffet was served and people were seated the show started. The energetic stage show showcases the many musical songs and styling that were first made famous in Tennessee. The show went on for just over an hour and was very entertaining. At the end of the show, we were asked to leave the theatre so the room could be cleared and reset for the second sitting.
On the upper deck (hurricane deck) there was additional live music to keep you entertained during the rest of the cruise up to downtown Nashville. We docked back at Opry Mills at around 3:00 pm
The trip was very entertaining and well worth it.
