DoubleTree

This was our overnight hotel after arriving in New York, it was very busy when we arrived. It is worth noting that they only offer valet parking which on this visit was $50 for the night.

The room was very nice and met our needs for the overnight stay before our travel to Atlantic City.

The DoubleTree was our base for the stay in Memphis, it was a great hotel and the location was excellent for visiting the downtown area of Memphis and a short walk from the famous Beale Street. The room was good well appointed and clean, parking was offered via a valet service. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast, it was severed in the on-site TGI Fridays restaurant, it was not very nice compared with others we have eaten and we would rank it as expensive. The concierge service was excellent in advising where else to go for breakfast.
